Qualification Requirements
While we would love to be able to help everybody, we do have some non-negotiable requirements that we need from renters before issuing a rent guarantee contract to a landlord on a renter's behalf. These requirements are as follows:
1. You must have documented, verifiable income.
2. You must have no prior evictions.
3. You must not be in an OPEN bankruptcy. If it was discharged yesterday, it's OK.
